Dustin Wienecke spent 25 years leading growth in a healthcare focused software channel partner organization. As employee number 3 he was deeply involved in all areas of the business overcoming common growth constraints seen within small and medium size businesses resulting in the eventual sale to a $6B corporation.

Over his 25 year career Dustin led teams focused on Application Support, Professional Services, Account Management, Data Center Hosting, Software Development, Marketing, Sales, and Finance. During his tenure Dustin held positions of Director, General Manager, President, Chief Operating Officer, and CEO.

During the course of his 25 year career Dustin oversaw the sale from company founders to a local family office resulting in the installment of a professional board. Four years later the company merged and integrated with a sister company transferring majority interest to private equity. 5 years later the company successfully sold to athenahealth resulting in a successful transaction for ownership and athenahealth.

Dustin stayed on with athenahealth co-leading the integration of the organizations with successful completion in late 2023.
